⚠️ Remote Area Note: 
Although we support delivery to most European countries, some geographically remote areas (e.g. islands, mountainous areas, small outlying islands, etc.) may incur additional logistics costs or may not be able to use standard delivery services. We will confirm with you before delivery, and we will notify you if we need to make up the difference in price.

In-stock orders are usually processed for shipment within 2-3 days.

  2. Shipment from China warehouse: 7-35 days

Notice:
1) Weekends and holidays may cause delays in shipping or delivery.
2) After the order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address attached to the order, so please fill in the commonly used email address 
3) The estimated delivery time on watch.lagenio.com is for reference only.

Delivery Charges

  • Free shipping products: only for watch collections (payment amount greater than 50€).
  • Orders under 50€ will be charged a fixed delivery fee of 10€ (subject to change, as shown on the checkout page).

Logistics Enquiry

We will send you the logistics number by email after delivery; you can check it in real time through the Track Your Order link or consult customer service.

● Please make sure that the delivery address and contact information provided are accurate. If the delivery fails due to incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for the relevant costs.
● If the parcel received is damaged or abnormal, please take a picture when signing for it and contact customer service the first time to deal with it.
● Any changes you make to the delivery method after the item has been shipped, including but not limited to changing the address and suspending the order, may result in a delay in your receipt of the item or refund. If you wish to change information such as the color of your order, you must do so before the order is shipped.
