SIM Card Compatibility for LAGENIO Kids Smart Watch
LAGENIO K3, K9 and K10 kids smart watches use a physical 4G Nano SIM card. For the best experience, choose a mobile plan that includes both 4G mobile data and voice calling.
SIM compatibility can vary by watch model, carrier and mobile plan. Please check the carrier information for your specific LAGENIO model below.
Use a physical Nano SIM card. eSIM is not supported on these models.
Choose a plan with both 4G mobile data and voice calling. Data-only SIM cards are not recommended.
Whenever possible, choose a SIM issued directly by a major local mobile carrier.
Some mobile providers sell their own SIM cards and plans while using another carrier's network. These are often called third-party mobile providers or MVNOs.
For example, a SIM from another company may say that it "uses the EE network", "runs on the T-Mobile network" or "uses Vodafone coverage". This does not mean that the SIM was issued directly by EE, T-Mobile or Vodafone.
Although these SIMs may use the same underlying mobile network, compatibility can vary. For the most reliable experience, we recommend purchasing a SIM directly from a major carrier whenever possible.
Some third-party providers have already been used successfully with LAGENIO and are listed by name in the compatibility tables below. If your exact provider is not listed, please check with us first.
The SIM is issued directly by the carrier — for example, an EE SIM from EE, a Vodafone SIM from Vodafone, or a T-Mobile SIM from T-Mobile.
The SIM is from another company that says it uses EE, Vodafone, T-Mobile or another carrier's network.
LAGENIO K3 and K9 U.S. versions come with a SpeedTalk SIM card pre-inserted in the watch for your convenience.
This is part of the standard configuration of the U.S. version and does not mean that your watch is used, returned, refurbished or previously owned.
The included SpeedTalk SIM is not active when you receive the watch. It must be activated before it can be used for mobile data and cellular voice calling.
Activation is completely optional. If you choose to activate the included SpeedTalk SIM, the plan costs $15.99 per month.
You are not required to activate or use SpeedTalk. You may remove the included SIM and use another compatible physical Nano SIM instead.
Follow the video below to activate the included SpeedTalk SIM:
Check SIM Compatibility by Watch Model
Please select your watch model before choosing a SIM. Carrier compatibility may differ between LAGENIO models, so a carrier listed for one model should not automatically be assumed to have the same compatibility with another model.

The following carrier information is based on our current testing, customer usage and shipment records for the K3/K10 platform.

A country not listed above does not mean that LAGENIO cannot be used there. LAGENIO watches are compatible with many mainstream local 4G SIM cards in countries around the world.
If we have not listed a specific tested carrier for your country, we recommend choosing a major local mobile carrier and purchasing a physical Nano SIM directly from that carrier. The plan should include both 4G mobile data and voice calling.
For the most reliable compatibility, we recommend avoiding unverified third-party or virtual mobile providers (MVNOs), even if they advertise that they use the network of a major carrier.
How Do I Know Who Actually Issued My SIM?
Check the provider name shown on your SIM card, SIM packaging, order confirmation or mobile account.
For example, if your SIM is branded "Provider A", but Provider A says that it "uses the EE network", your SIM is issued by Provider A — not directly by EE.
If Provider A itself appears in the compatibility table for your watch model, you may use it. If it is not listed, please do not assume it is compatible simply because it uses the network of a carrier shown above.
Send us your country, LAGENIO watch model and exact SIM provider name, and we can help you check the most suitable option.
If your SIM provider says it uses another carrier's network, please send us the actual SIM provider name — not only the network name.
