Warranty Period
The Lagenio Kids Watch is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty period is based on the date on the valid proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email or sales receipt).
Warranty Coverage
Under normal use, if the product has the following quality problems that are not caused by human damage during the warranty period, we will provide repair or replacement services free of charge:
● The screen cannot be displayed or is unresponsive
● The watch cannot be charged or cannot be switched on
● The watch cannot be used normally due to system abnormality.
● The battery does not last under normal use (battery quality problems during the warranty period)
Situations not covered by the warranty
The following conditions will not apply to the free warranty service, but paid repair service is available:
● Battery life
● Damage caused by man-made reasons (such as dropping, water ingress, external extrusion)
● Unauthorised dismantling or unofficial repairs
● Exceeding the warranty period
● Damage caused by improper operation (e.g. wrong charging method)
● Products purchased through unofficial sales channels or products for which no valid proof of purchase can be provided.
● Accessory products (such as straps, charging cables) are not covered by the warranty
Service Procedure
1. Contact customer service: contact us at watch@lagenio.com, explain the problem and provide proof of purchase and pictures or videos of the problem. 2.
2. AUDIT CONFIRMATION: Customer service will register your application for repair or replacement after confirmation. 3.
3. Mailing products: Please mail the product to the designated maintenance address provided by customer service, and send the logistics single number to the customer. 4.
4. processing cycle: we will receive the product within 7-14 working days after the completion of processing and send back.
Important Notes
● It is recommended to keep the proof of purchase as warranty evidence.
● For man-made damages, we will evaluate and provide a quotation, and then repair the product after the user's confirmation.
● Warranty service is only applicable to all users who purchased from lagenio.com official mall.
