A: Yes! Our School Mode feature disables distractions like calls and games during class hours, ensuring kids stay focused while still allowing emergency communication.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the watch in its original condition for a full refund.

Q: Does my watch come with a warranty?

A: Yes! All Lagenio smartwatches come with a 1-year limited warranty, covering manufacturing defects.

Q: Do I have to purchase a LAGENIO Sim card plan and contract?

We do not force users to purchase specific sim card plan and contract. We support 4 mode and 10+ bands, let watch phone call and positioning in 200 mainstream countries and regions unimpeded.

You can choose Telekom, telefonica, Vodafone, TIM, Iliad, Orange, SFR, O2, Free mobile, T-mobile and more carriers.
